Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 2-4 business days from when the order is placed. Delivery times will vary based on shipping address and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure they are there to receive it. Any duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, which is due at the time of shipment delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
We’re thankful for your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, or exchange it, minus the original shipping costs. Please email customer service within 10-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. A return/exchange shipment is your responsibility until it is received at our warehouse. Please insure the shipment and retain proof of postage. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered or washed). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. All sale items are final.
